1. Two Ways To Enter: The Campbell's Trip to Hawaii 2007 NFL Pro Bowl Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on 12:01 AM ET 1/2/06 and ends 11:59 PM ET 3/31/06 ("Promotion Period"). 1) On-line: Go to www.campbellsoup.com/teammoms anytime during the Promotion Period, click on the sweepstakes icon, and complete the registration page including your name, complete street address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and email address. Once complete, click "submit" and you will be automatically entered. Entries must be completely filled out in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per day, per email address. 2) Mail-In Entry Form: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by completing an official entry form available at participating retailers during the promotional period (while supplies last). All mail-in entries must be legibly hand-printed with your name, complete street address, daytime phone number and date of birth. Only original official entry forms are eligible; photo-copied and/or mechanical reproduced entries are void. Mail your completed entry via first-class mail in a #10 business size envelope to: Campbell's Trip to Hawaii 2007 NFL Pro Bowl Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4075, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4075. All entries must be postmarked by 3/31/06 and received by 4/15/06 to be eligible. Limit one entry per mailing envelope. Only original Official Entry Forms are eligible. No mechanically reproduced or illegible entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors, or any other errors in entry submitted by consumers. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, postage due or mutilated entries. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is listed on the entry. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof. Limit one entry per person per day throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. For the purposes of this promotion, a "day" is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight, Eastern Time. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

   Except as otherwise provided herein, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of drawing and notifying winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner. Once the promotion has ended and winners have been notified, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database.

2. Prize/Drawing: (1) Grand Prize: An 8 day/7 night trip for 4 to Honolulu, Hawaii to attend the 2007 NFL Pro Bowl. Trip to be taken February 6, 2007 through February 13, 2007. Trip includes round trip business class air transportation to/from major airport nearest winner's home to Honolulu, Hawaii; deluxe double occupancy hotel accommodations; full size rental car for 8 days; $500 spending money; and 4 VIP tickets to the 2007 NFL Pro Bowl. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $25,000. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible on-line and mail-in entries received during the promotional period. The Grand Prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about 5/1/06, under the supervision of Marden Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Grand prize will be awarded and the potential winner notified by mail on or about 5/1/06 or at a reasonable time thereafter, in accordance with the information provided by the entrant on their entry.

3. Prize Restrictions: Potential Grand Prize winner and winner's guests (or parent/legal guardian of minor winner) must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Travel Release and, where legal, Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. These documents must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days from date on which the documents are sent to the potential winner. Should a potential winner decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, or fails to claim his or her prize or to sign and return any required document within the required time frame, or fails to meet any eligibility requirement herein, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner, and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Alternate Winner is subject to the requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash award allowed, except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Grand Prize winner and their guests will be required to travel together (on the same itinerary) and must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Travel restrictions may apply. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents required for travel. Grand Prize Winner and guests hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. In the event of a travel advisory, prize details may be subject to change at the Sponsor's discretion. Should Grand Prize be won by a minor, parent/legal guardian must accompany winner on the trip. Should any of the events be canceled, postponed or in any way abbreviated, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and guests other than to supply the trip as described, minus the event tickets. No substitutions for the cancelled portion of the prize will be awarded. Any 2007 NFL Pro Bowl event tickets/passes awarded to the Grand Prize winner become the responsibility of the winner upon possession of same and will not be replaced. All applicable taxes, fees and any incidentals, meals and other expenses incurred not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. By entering, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor, their parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of sweepstakes materials, agencies and employees, from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. Entrants agree that the laws of the state of New Jersey will govern any and all disputes.

4. Internet: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the US, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees or agents of Sponsor, Promoter, the NFL Entities and their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising agencies, & members of their immediate families. Sponsor reserve the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winner. Void in Puerto Rico & wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted. Subject to all federal, state & local laws & regulations.
